A Family Account allows the primary account holder to add and manage multiple family members under one OnestPay account. Each member gets individual access while benefiting from shared resources and centralized management.

To create a Family Account, navigate to the "Family Accounts" section in your OnestPay dashboard. Follow the prompts to set up the account and invite family members via email or phone.

Q3. Who can be added to a Family Account?

You can add immediate family members, such as spouses, children, or dependents. Each member must accept the invitation and complete a simple registration process.

Q4. Is there a limit to how many members I can add?

Yes, OnestPay allows up to 10 members to be added to a Family Account, including the primary account holder.

As the primary account holder, you can:

If the primary account is compromised, all linked family accounts are temporarily locked until the issue is resolved. Contact OnestPay support immediately for assistance.
