Thank you for participating in ONESTPAY™’s Feedback Survey!

Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully. By participating, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any of these Terms, you should refrain from participating.

  1. Eligibility
  • Our Survey is open only to legal residents of the continental United States who are 18+ years of age or older at the time of participation.
  • To verify eligibility, participants will be asked to provide their U.S. state of residence, ZIP code, and email address when submitting the Survey form.
  • Each respondent may only submit one Survey response. Duplicate/Multiple responses from the same individual will be disqualified.
  • Disposable email addresses (e.g., temporary or one-time-use email addresses) will not be accepted. ONESTPAY™ reserves the right to reject any entries submitted using disposable email accounts.
  • Employees of ONESTPAY™, their immediate families, agents, contractors, or affiliates involved in the promotion, are not eligible for this Survey’s prize draw.
  • Further, ONESTPAY™ reserves the right to reject entries, based on its discretion and if it is considered suspicious or fraudulent.
  1. Purpose of the Survey
  • ONESTPAY™’s primary purpose is to gather validated feedback that will help improve and develop our services.
  • The information provided by participants will be used solely for research and product development purposes.
  1. Survey Duration
  • The Survey will remain open until December 31st, 2024. Submissions after this date will not be considered.
  • Bi-weekly drawings will be held twice per month for eligible respondents. For each draw to occur, there must be a minimum of 500 unique respondents. If the minimum number of respondents is not met, the draw will be postponed to the next eligible bi-weekly period.
  1. Data Collection and Verification

To ensure participants meet the eligibility criteria, we need the following information:

  • U.S. State and ZIP Code: To verify your residency within the continental United States.
  • Email Address: For Survey participation and potential prize notification.

For prize winners, additional verification details will be requested:

  • Month and Year of Birth: This will be collected from winners to verify that they are 18+ years or older.
  • Phone Number: To contact winners and facilitate prize distribution.

All information collected will be used solely for eligibility verification, prize distribution, and Survey-related communication.

The data collected during this Survey will be kept secure and handled with utmost care from our side. We implement strict measures to protect your data and ensure confidentiality.

  1. Privacy and Data Security
  • Your personal information, including your email, state, and ZIP code, will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws. We will only collect and use personal data provided by you for the purpose of the Survey and prize distribution.
  • Only the winners will be asked for their phone number and month/year of birth for verification purposes.
  • Survey responses will be anonymized for analysis purposes unless stated otherwise.
  • We will not share your personal data with third parties, except as necessary to conduct the Survey, verify eligibility, or distribute prizes.
  • ONESTPAY™ uses secure methods to store and process your information. However, no system is completely secure and we cannot guarantee the security of your information during transmission.

By participating in this Survey, you consent to the use of your data for research, analysis, and marketing purposes.

  1. Use of Feedback
  • On participation, you agree that ONESTPAY™ may use your feedback in any manner it deems appropriate to improve its services, products, or customer experience.
  • ONESTPAY™ reserves the right to publish, reproduce, and use anonymized Survey responses for marketing or reporting purposes.
  • We will not share your personal data with third parties, except as necessary to conduct the Survey, comply with legal obligations, or protect the security and integrity of our systems.
  1. Non-disclosure
  • Upon participation, you agree not to disclose any proprietary or confidential information about ONESTPAY™ that you may encounter during the course of this Survey.
  1. Incentives and Winner Selection Process
  • Participants who complete the Survey by December 31st, 2024 will be entered into a random drawing. Bi-weekly drawings will be held twice per month, provided that a minimum of 500 respondents have submitted valid, unique responses for each drawing period.
  • Winners will be selected randomly from the pool of eligible respondents who submitted their Surveys.

Winner Notification:

  • Winners will be notified via email using the address provided in the Survey form.
  • Upon notification, winners will be asked to provide their month, year of birth and phone number to verify their eligibility and facilitate prize distribution.
  • Winners must respond to the notification within 7 days of being contacted. Failure to respond within this time frame will result in forfeiture of the prize, and an alternate winner may be selected.

Gift Card Distribution:

  • Upon confirming the winner's eligibility, a gift card will be sent electronically via email or as a physical card to the provided mailing address, based on the winner's preference.
  • ONESTPAY™ is not responsible for incorrect or outdated contact information provided by participants. If a winner does not provide accurate contact details, the prize will be forfeited.
  1. Right to Reject Entries
  • ONESTPAY™ reserves the right to reject any entries it deems suspicious or fraudulent, including but not limited to entries submitted using disposable email addresses or attempts to submit multiple entries in violation of its Terms and Conditions.
  • We have the right to make final decisions regarding the eligibility and validity of Survey entries at its sole discretion.
  1. Third-party Involvement
  • ONESTPAY™ may use third-party services to assist in conducting its Survey and analyzing responses. These third parties are contractually obligated to protect your information and may only use it for the purposes outlined in this Agreement.
  1. Data Retention
  • ONESTPAY™ will retain your Survey data, including your email and eligibility verification information, for a period of 12 months in order to analyze and utilize your feedback. After this period, your data will either be anonymized or securely deleted.

  1. Consent
  • By participating in this Survey, you confirm that you are 18+ years of age or older, a legal resident of the continental United States, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
  • Your participation indicates your consent to the collection, use, and retention of your data as outlined above.
  1. Limitations and Amendment
  • ONESTPAY™ is not responsible for any technical errors or issues preventing participation in this Survey or the prize draw.
  • We reserve the right to cancel or amend this Survey and these Terms in the event of any circumstance outside its reasonable control.
  • In the event of such modification or termination, ONESTPAY™ will not be liable to any participant or third party for their loss or damage.
  1. Legal Compliance
  • These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed as per the laws of the United States.
  • ONESTPAY™ reserves its right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be notified, and your continued participation in the Survey will signify your acceptance of these changes.
